Whether you’re a beginner picking up an instrument for the first time or someone rediscovering your love of music, BCAL’s Music course offers a relaxed, inclusive and creative space to explore your musical side.

This course focuses on building musical skills and confidence, with no pressure to perform—just a warm, welcoming environment to learn and have fun. You’ll gain an understanding of rhythm, melody, and harmony, and get hands-on experience with a range of instruments, songwriting and basic recording techniques.

Led by passionate and supportive instructors, the course adapts to the interests and goals of the group. You don’t need to read music or have prior experience—just bring your curiosity and willingness to give it a go!

What You’ll Learn:

  • Intro to rhythm, chords, melody and beat

  • How to play in time and listen to others

  • Hands-on experience with keyboards, percussion, and more

  • Basics of songwriting and recording

  • Group collaboration and musical confidence
