Through this collaboration, BCAL provides accessible and inclusive core skills training such as literacy, numeracy, digital literacy, and Employable Me – designed to empower individuals on their journey toward employment.

It is the primary means to implement the Ministerial Statement on the future of Adult Community Education 2020-2025 to tailor pre-accredited foundation skills training to workforce skills needs.
