Vicky has been teaching English at BCAL for several years. A former teacher, she saw BCAL as the perfect place to continue making a difference. She loves helping people and seeing their progress. When not volunteering, Vicky enjoys sewing and sharing her creativity in and out of the classroom.

English Language Volunteer

Elenore has been volunteering at BCAL on and off for over 11 years, teaching English and sharing her love of helping others. She enjoys meeting people from different countries and learning about their cultures. In her free time, Elenore likes to spend time in the garden and stay active.

Loretta

Loretta has been volunteering with BCAL for a year, teaching English to help newcomers learn and adapt. Inspired after meeting Vicky at a party, she’s passionate about making a difference. Outside of volunteering, Loretta enjoys knitting, weaving, and gardening—bringing creativity and care to everything she does.

Dalia has been volunteering at BCAL for nearly a year, teaching English and helping people make positive changes in their lives. She enjoys connecting with others and being part of a supportive community. With a strong background in science and a passion for service, Dalia brings energy and insight.
