Moving On

Moving On is the second of two companion courses at Bass Coast Adult Learning (BCAL) designed to help adult learners prepare for their next step—whether that’s entering the workforce or continuing their education. Building on the foundations of the Employable Me course, Moving On focuses on accessing job opportunities and understanding further study pathways.

Delivered in BCAL’s inclusive, welcoming environment with small class sizes and individual support, Moving On provides learners with practical tools, career insight, and the confidence to consider their next steps.

This 30-hour course is designed for adult learners working at Level 2 of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF). It supports learners in identifying their strengths, preparing to study at TAFE, and understanding what today’s job market looks like.
