RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol: This accredited short course provides the essential skills and knowledge to serve alcohol responsibly in licensed venues. Learn how to assess intoxication, refuse service appropriately, and meet legal obligations around alcohol service. Required for all hospitality workers in licensed settings in Victoria.
